Refund policy

Because each LCK Building Designs piece is handcrafted, our return policy varies depending on whether an item is made to order or purchased from available inventory.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

All made-to-order, custom, personalized, or specially commissioned items are final sale and non-returnable.

These pieces are created specifically for the customer based on the selected design, dimensions, materials, wood species, personalization, or other requested specifications. Once production has begun, orders cannot be returned for a refund simply due to a change of mind, preference, or fit.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the workmanship, please contact us so we can review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Available / In-Stock Items

Products listed on our website as available, in stock, or ready to ship may be returned, subject to approval.

Approved returns are eligible for a refund equal to 60% of the original product purchase price. The remaining 40% is retained to account for handling, inspection, refinishing when necessary, administrative costs, and the reduced resale value associated with a returned handcrafted item.

Returned products must be received in their original condition and may not show signs of damage, misuse, alteration, excessive wear, or improper care.

Original shipping charges, delivery charges, custom services, personalization fees, and other non-product charges are non-refundable.

Natural Wood Characteristics

All LCK Building Designs products are made from genuine hardwood. Variations in grain, color, knots, mineral streaks, figure, live edges, and other naturally occurring characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Wood may also experience minor movement or color changes over time as it responds naturally to temperature, humidity, light, and use.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or you believe you received the incorrect product, please contact LCK Building Designs as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.

We will work with you to determine the appropriate repair, replacement, or other resolution based on the circumstances.

Return Authorization

Please contact LCK Building Designs before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
